Our products are properly protected and the dimensions of the shipping boxes for fragrances are suitable for French NF standard letter boxes.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs, as well as postage. We recommend that you group all your purchases into one order to save on postage. We cannot group two orders placed separately.
For international shipments, the buyer is responsible for any customs fees.
Special case of the United States:
Since the implementation of new tariffs in August 2025, your orders are shipped to the United States with Fedex instead of our usual carriers which do no longer ship to the US. The buyer shall now pay a 10% tariff on declared price.
