Right of withdrawal and return of products

We hope you are satisfied with your order. In case you are not satisfied, you will find below a summary of your rights in the event that you wish to return a product to us. 

Please follow the three steps below to exercise your rights of withdrawal and return of products.

As a consumer, you have a right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery of the products, opening the right to a refund. Please send us your order with the completed return form with the prepaid label that we will send to you by email. Please ensure that you obtain proof of shipment (because we do not take responsibility for the products lost while they are being transported).

Returned products are subject to control. We will not be able to make a full refund if the products report bad handling or have been opened. In this case, we will notify you that a partial refund will be made, unless you prefer we send you the same product again.

The right granted to you to return items does not apply to products

  • Manufactured according to your specifications
  • That have been visibly customized
  • Which, due to their nature, cannot be returned or are likely to deteriorate or reach their expiry date quickly

We will refund the amounts owed to you (including delivery costs, up to the prices of returned products) as soon as possible. The refund will be made by the same means of payment used during the order, within 14 days from the date on which we received the products (provided that you returned the products within 14 days of delivery or following the date of notification of your right of withdrawal).
