Botanical description	Sesame is a plant that can grow up to 2 m in height and is cultivated for the small seeds of its fruits. Smooth or reticulated, they measure a few millimeters. Their color can vary from creamy white to brown to black.
Olfactory description	Its brown to dark brown absolute gives off a roasted and sweet odor.
