Our logistics partner La Poste operates on reduced hours. As such, the delivery times of Colissimo and Delivengo may be delayed depending on your place of residence.
How can I return a product ?
For the return procedure, please refer to the Right of withdrawal and return of products section. Given the situation, the return time has been exceptionally extended to 60 days (instead of 30) after receiving your order.
